Territory Sales Specialist

Job description

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Position Type: Full-time Regular | Salaried | Exempt
Department: Sales & Marketing
Summary: Produces sales quotes, builds customer relationships, and prioritizes and coordinates quote drawing requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following are included. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Produces sales quotes, builds customer relationships
  • Coordinates and prioritizes quote drawing requests
  • Follows up on open sales quotes and influences opportunities with sales process to drive incremental sales
  • Develops, implements and maintains a process for managing sales quote and follow-up activity
  • Meets sales bookings goals
  • Advises management of new developments which may affect profit, schedule, costs, customer relations and/or inter-departmental relations
  • Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions and use equipment and materials properly

Job-Specific Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

  • Design: generate creative solutions; translate concepts and information into images; use feedback to modify designs; apply design principles; demonstrate attention to detail
  • Judgment: display willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions; include appropriate people in decision-making process; make timely decisions

Qualifications:Education/Experience/Certificates/Licenses: 2-year degree and/or 1 to 3 years of successful sales experience required; 4-year college degree preferred; sales experience with manufacturer preferred

Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD or SketchUp experience preferred

Travel: Occasional, approx. 5-10%

Customer Service Specialist

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following are included, other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with daily purchasing of material including tracking purchase orders
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments
  • Assist with Inventory processes
  • Help to maintain vendor database files
  • Assist the sales team with follow-ups on open quotes
  • Data entry of new orders


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Belief in our core values of Passion, Collaboration, Accountability, Grit, and Integrity
  • Dependability
  • A High School degree required
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Wage is determined by experience level.
